Do I have to purchase the insurance?

Yes, the $15 insurance is required per driver. This is for any bodily injury.

How much is the deductible on the insurance?

The deductible if you wreck or damage the vehicle is up to $1,000.

What if the damage does not cost $1,000 and can be fixed for less than that?

You will only be charged for the damage and labor cost to fix the damage. We are an honest and ethical company and treat our customers like family.

Does the $1,000 deductible get charged to my credit/debit card or does “hold” for that amount appear on my card?

No, this only happens in the event the vehicle is wrecked or damaged.

Do you have a rain/snow policy?

Yes, you can reschedule for a alter time if in the event it is raining/snowing. You can get a refund if there is no way for you to reschedule during vacation.

Do I need to have a valid driver’s license to rent?

Yes

Do I need a credit card to rent?

Yes. A credit card is required.

Do you take checks?

We do not accept checks of any kind. Credit card only.

Can I cancel a reservation and receive a refund?

With 24 hours notice full refund will be issued. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged 25% of your rental fee.
